Salmon Spread

Ingredients:

1 can Pink Salmon, drained
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons Organic Onion Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Ground Peppercorns
1/4 teaspoon Organic Dill
1/8 teaspoon Organic Paprika


Directions:

Flake (pull apart) salmon and put it into a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
Gently blend by hand until mixed well.

Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Makes 16 servings.
Serving size 1 tablespoon.
